I burned the Borderlands to ash
These hands command ten thousand deaths
This fool who calls himself the Dragon
gives me reign
As though I would be content not to lead
but just to train
He fights the madness
That's creeping in
I embrace the darkness
I use these men today
As tools for demolition
Sharp spades to rend the earth
I revel in the bloodshed
With waves we split the ground
Like tides within the hillside
Only a mist remains
Of men who dared oppose us
Guardians! Of the Black Tower!
Guardians! Of the Black Tower!
Kneel now, or you will be knelt.
You must surrender to our control
Kneel now, or you will be knelt.
never been a big death metal fan but this is actually super accessible for the genre, has fun concepts, and personally i'm always a fan of albums with short tracklists and huge runtimes (for individual songs) Great time, good jumping on point for newbies too. alienasu
I dig this album so much, definitely a keeper. Subtly and masterfully mixing death metal subgenres, backed with an over the top production. They're true professionals. Can't wait for their next release! doive
I'd say Havukruunu is the rightful holder of the Crown and the mantle of Quorthon. Epic choirs, vikingesque themes and tales from the other times, of the Finnish paganism back in the days before our ancestors were brought to the cross and forced to kneel while feeling the bloody sword of saviour on their throats made to kiss the hand of murderers who burnt thousands, tore down our holy places and took our holy days. Eyes teary I listen to these songs, never forgiving the crimes of the cross! Peikonmieli
A Pagan black metal masterpiece.
Folk and black metal elements fuse into one extremely catchy and awe inspiring album. This band does not disappoint from all the high praise sent it's way. Abyssius Murkraken
