Dice rattling in my head
Tonight I dance with shadows
Hold tight the Ashandarei
The pattern is unraveling
The memories of a thousand men
could not prepare me for this
For light, for glory
Tai'daishar, true blood of battle
Honor of my blade for the fallen
Trust in luck to guide me
Dice rattling in my head
Tonight I dance with shadows
Foreboding spire looms before me
When did I cast aside my sanity to play the hero?
We begin the game that cannot be won.
The gambler will become the center of all
Courage to strengthen
We bring our iron, and the fire to blind
Ever-shifting maze
Dimly lit hallways somehow seem to conspire
Masters of this realm
Deceive the deceivers to escape with your life
We've begun the game
The gambler will become the center of all
Courage to strengthen
We bring our iron, and the fire to blind
Ever-shifting maze
Dimly lit hallways somehow seem to conspire
Masters of this realm...
We are!
Whispers in the darkness
"Welcome, son of battles."
Feeding on pain and sorrow.
Burn me! And burn your bargain.
I have returned to even the odds!
Into the Chamber of Bonds
Abide by the pacts that you make
When in the Chamber of Bonds
A price must be paid
Half the light of the world
Given to save the world
Blood and ashes!
Victory, but at what cost?
An eye for an eye.

never been a big death metal fan but this is actually super accessible for the genre, has fun concepts, and personally i'm always a fan of albums with short tracklists and huge runtimes (for individual songs) Great time, good jumping on point for newbies too. alienasu

I dig this album so much, definitely a keeper. Subtly and masterfully mixing death metal subgenres, backed with an over the top production. They're true professionals. Can't wait for their next release! doive

I'd say Havukruunu is the rightful holder of the Crown and the mantle of Quorthon. Epic choirs, vikingesque themes and tales from the other times, of the Finnish paganism back in the days before our ancestors were brought to the cross and forced to kneel while feeling the bloody sword of saviour on their throats made to kiss the hand of murderers who burnt thousands, tore down our holy places and took our holy days. Eyes teary I listen to these songs, never forgiving the crimes of the cross! Peikonmieli

A Pagan black metal masterpiece.
Folk and black metal elements fuse into one extremely catchy and awe inspiring album. This band does not disappoint from all the high praise sent it's way. Abyssius Murkraken
